Shipping Policy
Silver Market Co. ships via USPS. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless notified otherwise. For holidays, please allow for additional shipping time. Etsy orders of $50 or more will receive free shipping anywhere in the United States. No coupon code is required.

Return & Exchange Policy
ONLINE
Our products are heat sensitive and packaged in recyclable glass. Please notify us if your package has been damaged in transit. Replacement items will be shipped ASAP once order # and images of damaged products have been received.
For all damaged packages, please notify us immediately at silvermarketco.com or start a conversation with us on Etsy for easy access to order information. Always include full name and contact information.

STOCKISTS
All products sold at a brick and mortar location must meet quality standards. Individual store return and exchange policies must be respected at these locations. Please notify store owner of defected product such as tampered seals.
All products are made by hand in small batches, and should you experience a difference in consistency, or uncertainty about product quality, please notify us immediately. Despite location of purchase, Silver Market Co. will always help resolve any problem you may experience.
